Check these 4 things before buying a motherboard for gaming

As you all know PC games are very demanding these days and because of it, PC
parts are also costlier than their usual price before. So we must be very aware of choosing the right parts for our PC especially the motherboard because, without a motherboard, other parts are useless.

1. AMD or INTEL?

First of all, you should select the type of motherboards that are best for you. That means if you use the Intel processor go with Intel motherboards if you're using an AMD processor go with AMD motherboards. But you cannot use Intel And AMD together it will not work. Talking about Intel and AMD motherboards, there are budget motherboards for both companies.

2. Form Factor

Another subject you need to take care of is to check whether your cabinet has enough space for holding your motherboard.

Usually, there are 4 main form factors of the motherboard.

1. EATX ( Used for large servers and workstations)

2. MICRO-ATX( Smaller version of normal ATX with minimal features )

3. ATX ( normal motherboard, used in most of the normal desktops)

4. mini- ITX ( Small-sized motherboards )

So mainly we use ATX and Micro ATX motherboards for daily use and gaming purposes.

So if you are on a tight budget I strongly recommend using the micro ATX motherboards because they give almost the same features as the ATX motherboards.

If you wish to make upgrades in the future, you can spend some more money and buy the ATX motherboards.

3. Chipsets

Chipsets are a group of integrated circuits that processes the flow of data on a computer. So I suggest you go with the chipsets that provide you with the latest features like USB 3.0, SATA 6 GB, etc for better facilities.

4. Buy according to your Budget

The main important thing is that whether the motherboard fits your budget. Before you choose your motherboard you should think about your budget. If your budget is low go with a Micro ATX motherboard otherwise select the ATX motherboard if you wish to make upgrades in the future.

I hope this guide worked for you, and please support by sharing maximum. Have a nice day :)
